It is the source of key industry reference prices, such as the Argus North Sea IndexTM (ANSITM), the cif ARA large cargo assessments for propane and butane, the daf Brest prices and the Argus Far East IndexTM (AFEITM). Argus has launched the Argus Middle East Index to help market participants understand value and make more informed decisions. The Argus Middle East Index is for 44,000-45,000t propane and butane cargoes loading at Ras Tanura, Yanbu, Ras Laffan, Ruwais, Das island and Mina al-Ahmadi.
