Andeavor completes first Mexico fuel shipment
Houston, 18 October (Argus) — US refiner Andeavor earlier this month moved its first delivery of fuel into western Mexican pipelines and terminals leased from Pemex, the company said today.
Fuel delivered to the Pemex Rosarito terminal in Baja California will be distributed this week by Andeavor's wholesale jobber, ProFuels, to Arco brand stations.
Andeavor secured 315,000 bl of storage space and 9,535 b/d of pipeline capacity in Sonora and Baja California in Pemex's first tender for such space, held in May.
Pemex plans a second tender for pipeline and terminal space but has not given a date.
